Returns

Eligible items, purchased from stock may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Ineligible, Non-Stock Items & Custom Orders are non-returnable. Orders must be returned new & unused, unwritten on, unopened, uninstalled with complete manufacturer’s packaging and paperwork. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, a 25% restocking fee plus shipping costs will be applied. Original shipping costs and processing fees incurred are not refundable. Retain all items until your return has been approved & an RMA# has been issued.

  • Electrical Items are non-returnable
  • Returns are not accepted after 10 business days.
  • No Return on non-stock, custom and/or bulk orders.
  • No Return on any and all used or installed items – including troubleshooting
  • No Return on custom orders, custom sizes, non‐standard special sizes or special orders.
  • Return Material Authorization required , email info@airstarsolutions.com for authorization (RMA).
  • Items returned without RMA # are subject to higher restocking fees and may delay the processing of your credit.
  • We do not accept returns as a result of shipping damage – damage must be reported at time of delivery and noted with the courier.

Warranty

This warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser and is non-transferable per Manufacturer’s guidelines. Warranty shall not apply to acts of God; negligence, abuse, account, tampering, misapplication, alteration; nor due to improper installation, operation, or maintenance or storage; nor moved from its original place or installation; nor to other than normal application, use or service, including but not limited to, operational failures caused by corrosion, rust or other foreign materials in the system.

To be eligible for the warranty the purchaser must provide Airstar Solutions Inc with the following:

  1. Proof of Purchase (copy of receipt)
  2. Installer’s testimony / Scope of work
  3. Original product returned
  4. Installed Unit’s Model & Serial Numbers
  5. Photos of installation – email info@airstarsolutions.com for authorization

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay all labor and shipping charges necessary to replace and and all products cover by the Manufacturer’s warranty. Airstar Soluitons Inc. shall have no liability, and, in all circumstances, Airstar Solutions’ maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid for the product alone. Airstar Solutions Inc. reserves the right to require documentation of the claim before replacing any items under provisions of this warranty and may test to confirm any or all defects as described. Airstar Solutions Inc shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or contingent damages whatsoever to the purchaser or any 3rd party. The forgoing warranties are exclusive and in lieu of all expressed warranties provided by the Manufacturer. Implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall not extend beyond the duration of the applicable expressed warranties provided herein.
