Summary
APCO® cleans the air by combining UVC light and activated carbon; two technologies proven to be most effective at killing germs, and removing odors by reducing chemical vapors known as volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Some of them, like formaldehyde and acetone, are known to be toxic.
Features six activated Evercarbon® PCO cells, (2) Fresh-Aire UV® TUVL-115 1 YR 15″ UV-C residential lamp and uses (2) TUVP-ER single low-voltage 24VAC(18-32VAC) internal power supplies.
Includes (2) 1 YR UV lamps, including a second remote UV lamp for additional coil disinfection.
Under normal operation it requires no maintenance and does not need to be replaced
