These Orange / White Anti-Mircobial pads do not support the growth of bactieria , mold , mildew or algae that may become trapped in the filter. Poly-synthetic filter media that meets MERV8 ASHRAE Standards for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) & filtration requirements.
